Xumo, a Californian start-up needed to encapsulate their employee cultural values in a tangible form to be presented both internally, and to potential team members. The group collaborated to distil their culture down to four values:

› to Innovate
› to Figure it Out
› to Entertain
Life.
The slides were put together with Photoshop and Powerpoint.
