OCELLOS by TrakCel is accessible via the web and provides real-time visibility of a patient’s progress through their therapy to administrators of the supply chain. Reducing risk and ensuring patient safety, it is built on Salesforce for both trial and commercial-scale cell and gene therapies.
Ease of use is essential as many users only log-in once a week for half an hour and don’t have the luxury of time to either re-learn or remember how to navigate it. Balsamiq was employed to create wireframes for use in multiple user experience trials (see video below) and the results were used to make improvements to the UX.
Figma was used to create a fully responsive layout, leveraging the design system and component library we developed. Designs were handed off to the development team by uploading them to Zeplin. Scroll down to see a selection of the screens below.
